Delta Boosting Machines with Application to General Insurance

We developed a new boosting model called Delta Boosting Machines to further improve the prediction capability of boosting technique. We have completed the math development of the model and prepare to start a simulation study to compare our model's performance with other known boosting models. The data set will be from an insurance company.
