Antibiotic resistance gene in human gut microbiota

This project is designed to decipher the type and relative abundance of antibiotic resistance genes in human gut microbiota from HK.
Objectives: 1) Acquire the information about types and relative abundance of antibiotic resistance genes in HK human gut microbiota. 2) To understand the driving forces of antibiotic resistance genes in HK populations. Significance: this study will guide to prevent from spread of antibiotic resistance in HK population.
