Basic Info
Name:
Xing Yanxia
About Me:
I obtained my Ph.D. degree in June 2008 in Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In Oct.2008, I was admitted to postdoctoral fellowship in department of physics of HKU. Current research field: 1. The theory of quantum transport in mesoscopic and nano-electronic systems. 2. quantum anormalous Hall effect. 3. transport properties in graphene. I have worked extensively in following fields: (1). Transport properties of normal-superconductor hybrid device systems. (2). Time-dependent quantum transport theory of the mesoscopic systems, step-pulsed biased transient current. (3). Spin Hall effect and spin accumulation in two dimensional electron gas. (4). conductance fluctuation in mesoscopic system.
