About Me:
I am a Ph.D student in Department of Chemistry. My current research project focuses on the structure and mechanism of protein motors, e.g. the bacterial flagellar motor. I am developing multiscale simulation methods, including all-atom MD, coarse-grained MD and mesoscopic simulation methods, to assemble atomistic models of protein motors and to investigate their dynamics of movement.
