| Project Significance: |
| The Environmental Protection Department developed a modeling system code-named PATH (Pollutants in the atmosphere and their Transport over Hong Kong) for simulating regional air quality. More efficient and accurate numerical methods than what is used in PATH for solving the chemical reactions are developed in the newer air quality model. |
