Project Title:
Integrate large genotype datasets for genome imputation and meta-analysis
Project Description & Significance:
A new algorithm was developed to efficiently merge large amount of genotype data and devised functions to facilitate whole-genome imputation. The algorithm and functions have been implemented in the latest version of IGG, IGG3. It is an open source and platform-independent Java package.
