| Michael Ng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and is also Adjunct Research Fellow in the E-Business Technology Institute at the University of Hong Kong. In 2001, he has been selected as one of the recipients of the Outstanding Young Researcher Award of the University of Hong Kong. His research areas are data mining, operations research and scientific computing. He has published more than 150 papers in the refereed journals and proceedings. Recently he has provided consultancy services to CLP Power, PCCW, Environmental Protection Department and some financial companies in Hong Kong. He also provides consultancy services in LOGISTICS, HK Productivity Council Publications. | |
