The interface energy induced superlattice structure for enhanced thermoelectric properties

Project Description: 

Through wet chemistry method, a supperlattice nanowire was successfully synthesized and recorded an enhanced thermoelectric properties. To clarify the formation mechanism of this intriguing structure, we plan to employ ab-inito method to investigate the interface energy between the two materials.

This project aims to investigate the interface energy between two materials to explain the formation mechanism of supperlattice structure for enhanced thermoelectric properties. This would provide a guidance to facilitate the finding of other systems.
