Metagenomics of Novel Viruses from Animals

Emerging new diseases causes epidemics in both human and animal populations. This leads us to have the urge to discover the novel viruses by using metagenomics approach. Complete genome discovered from novel viruses discovered in a variety of animals will be studies then proceed with annotation and characterization of the genomes from these novel animal viruses.
