Investigating the impact of political event on emotions of population using online text data

Project Description: 

Over 60 million records of online text data is collected before and after the political event.
Text processing will be carried out to extract different outcomes of interest.
To identify the magnitude and duration of the impact.

The project has just started.
Remarks: 
It would take over a week to process the 60 million records of data (>30GB), during which other computing tasks cannot be performed on the computer. The HPC facility can greatly reduce the computing time by distributing the 60 million records into different nodes and compute simultaneously.
