Semi-parametric Analysis of interval censored data

This is a statistical project which focuses on analyzing interval censored data which often arises in medical and epidemiological field. We based on the Cox proportional hazards model in Survival Analysis. In this project, we would try to use a data driven approach in model selection procedures to do estimations on the cumulative baseline hazard function as well as the potential non-linear effects in the covariates by locating some possible change points in the trends.
