What is HYPHY?
HyPhy is an open-source software package for the analysis of genetic sequences using techniques in phylogenetics, molecular evolution, and machine learning. Additionally, HyPhy features support for our parallel computing environment.
Using HYPHY on hpc2021
To use HyPhy on hpc2021, use the following commands:
PATH=/share1/hyphy/2.5.51/bin:$PATH
